November up here in Swedish Lapland is a strange month, we are in a kind of twilight zone. The Sun hardly reaches the horizon in the morning before it dissappears again. The weather is mixed -15C one day and +5C the other day. Not autumn and not winter. But theres one great activity that makes life more light for adventure seekers here in the north. Tour skating on the great lakes and the fjords on the first fresh ice!!

Today I made a tour with my colluege the Photographer Fredrik Broman… we had some really nice hours on the Great Lake, searching our way in high speed over the ice inbetween icy cracks and open holes. After three hours on the ice we could both say that we are happy and lucky to live up here in the far north. This is high quality time when we take a break from our offices to get som fresh lapland air!
